We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
For any transaction, you must present a valid government-issued ID (national ID, identity card, foreign ID card, passport, or PPT). For transactions of USD 1,000 or more, a copy of your ID is required along with additional information: address, phone number, occupation, email, and source of funds.
There is no maximum limit. Transactions of USD 1,000 or more require additional documentation; transactions over USD 10,000 must be made using authorized payment instruments, in accordance with DIAN regulations.
